What they need
We are looking for a Senior AWS Database Administrator to support mission-critical database environments on AWS technologies. You will be responsible for supporting the database layer across multiple services and technologies, participating in international projects, and influencing current and future technology choices.
❗Hybrid: 3 days/week on-site
Experience Required
5+ years of hands-on experience supporting mission-critical database environments on AWS
Proven experience with AWS RDS and Aurora (PostgreSQL and MySQL)
Proven experience with Amazon Redshift
Strong track record in database performance tuning and query optimization
Experience working in shift-based and on-call support environments
Main Responsibilities & Key Activities
Installation, configuration, and maintenance of AWS RDS, Aurora PostgreSQL, Aurora MySQL, and Redshift
Performance tuning and optimization of database workloads
Query optimization and workload management
Providing 360° support for database layers across different technologies
Participating in international projects and contributing to technology strategy decisions
Working in shift rotation and on-call support to ensure service continuity
❗Hybrid: 3 days/week on-site
