In this energetic role, you will be the face of our restaurant, providing friendly, attentive service to guests while expertly managing food and beverage orders. Your culinary knowledge, sales skills, and hospitality expertise will ensure every guest leaves satisfied and eager to return. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and guide them through the AYCE dining experience with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery
• Upsell menu items, beverages, and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
• Serve food, beverages, cocktails, spirits, and wine with precision, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
• Process cash transactions and credit card payments efficiently while maintaining accuracy in sales records
• Assist with food handling, prep, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in compliance with sanitation regulations
• Provide exceptional guest relations by addressing questions about menu items, dietary needs, or special requests

Qualifications

• Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus
• Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for reservations and order processing
• Strong knowledge of beverage service including cocktails, spirits, wine, and drink pairing techniques
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
• Demonstrated ability in upselling techniques to maximize sales while ensuring guest satisfaction
• Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly attitude and guest-focused approach

Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour
