- Manage sourcing activities and order processing including development.
- Identify, research, evaluate and select vendors that meet the organization's standards of price, quality, tinting, and reliability as well as perform vendor audit periodically.
Implement structured plan for both regular and strategic sourcing for lead time for each process namely sample evaluation, documentation, vendor formalities, material specifications, import based purchase formalities, rate approval and purchase approval
