该职位来源于猎聘 Key Responsibilities Architect and implement GenAI and agentic AI solutions on Azure Build intelligent agents using Azure AI Semantic Kernel, vector memory, and orchestration patterns Design scalable AI pipelines, LLM integrations, and model optimisation workflows Lead customer workshops, define AI strategies, and guide multi-year transformation programs Provide technical leadership and best-practice guidance to delivery teams Hands on experience and ready to do hands on keyboard activities Skills & Experience 10+ years’ IT experience, including 5+ years on Azure Strong Python engineering skills for LLM workflows and orchestration Hands-on experience with Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Search, and vector databases Practical knowledge of agentic AI, MLOps/LLMOps, CI/CD, and enterprise governance Experience working in distributed, containerised environments (Kubernetes, Git) Nice to Have Microsoft Azure certifications (AI-102, AZ-204, Solutions Architect) Experience with data engineering and large-scale data processing (PySpark, Databricks)
