Are you an experienced Application Support Engineer with strong Azure troubleshooting and SQL skills? This could be your next opportunity!

We’re looking for a professional to support a large-scale, cloud-based business platform, troubleshoot complex production issues, and collaborate with engineering teams to ensure application reliability and performance.

🔹 What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in Application Support, Production Support, or Technical Operations.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with Azure Portal, Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Log Analytics.
• Intermediate SQL skills for database investigation and troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting APIs and web-based applications.
• L3 support experience and end-to-end incident management skills.
• Strong communication skills and advanced English proficiency.
• Contribute to practical AI-driven improvements that streamline support operations, reduce repetitive work, and improve response quality

🔹 Nice to Have

• Azure Service Bus, Event Hubs, Storage Accounts, App Services, or Container Apps.
• Microservices, DevOps, Python, or automation experience.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, or similar tools.
