Azure Cloud Architect

We’re Hiring: Azure Cloud Architect to design, build and run containerised platforms on Microsoft Azure. You’ll own the Kubernetes/AKS environment, networking, security and CI/CD pipelines, and keep the platform available, secure and scalable.

It is a hybrid model, 3x onsite in Lisbon.

Responsibilities:

• Implement, configure, administer and troubleshoot Microsoft Azure environments, with a focus on containerised platforms and Kubernetes/AKS.
• Design and maintain cloud infrastructure, networking, security, containers, CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions.
• Keep the platform available, secure, scalable and observable.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in Cloud and Infrastructure.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.
• Hands-on experience with containers and Docker.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience in fast-moving, constantly changing environments.
• Azure: VMs, VNets, Subnets, NSGs, Load Balancers, Storage Accounts, Key Vault, RBAC/Entra ID, Azure Monitor and container services.
• Containers: Docker, Dockerfiles, Azure Container Apps, Azure Container Registry (ACR), volumes and networking.
• Kubernetes: Administering and troubleshooting AKS environments.
• Networking: TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, TLS, routing and firewalls.
• DevOps: Git, Azure DevOps, GitHub and YAML pipelines.
• Monitoring: Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, metrics, logs and alerts.
• Security: Identity management, RBAC, secrets management, certificates and container security.
• Need to speak Portuguese fluently

Nice to have:

Microsoft certifications, in particular:

• AZ-104 (Microsoft Azure Administrator)
• AZ-305 (Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert)
