Azure Databricks Engineer

GlobalSource IT has a direct end client that has a need for an Azure Databricks Engineer. This will start as a 12 month contract. Onsite 3-4 days a week in Phoenix, AZ area.

• 8-10 years experience designing and implementing enterprise data platforms.
• Strong hands-on programming experience with Python and PySpark.
• Experience developing data pipelines using Azure Databricks and Apache Spark.
• Knowledge of ETL/ELT processes, SQL, and data transformation techniques.
• Experience with Azure data services, such as Azure Data Lake Storage and Azure Data Factory.
• Prior experience with Azure Databricks and administering databricks workspaces, clusters, unity catalog, job orchestration and workspace security.
