Azure Developer (.NET Core)

We are looking for an experienced Azure Developer (.NET Core) with strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET Core, Web API, Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure API Management (APIM), Azure SQL Database, and Azure Logic Apps.

The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain cloud-native applications on Microsoft Azure while contributing to scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Application Development

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using C# and .NET Core.
• Develop scalable RESTful APIs and backend services using ASP.NET Core Web API.
• Implement exception handling, dependency injection, logging, and middleware components.
• Build reusable, maintainable, and secure application components.

Azure Cloud Development

• Develop cloud-native solutions using:

• Azure App Services

• Azure Functions

• Azure API Management (APIM)

• Azure SQL Database

• Azure Storage Accounts

• Azure Logic Apps

• Design and implement serverless and event-driven applications on Azure.

• Integrate applications with Azure services and enterprise platforms.

Data & Database Development

• Develop and optimize database solutions using SQL Server and Azure SQL.
• Convert SQL queries and stored procedures into LINQ.
• Build efficient data access layers using Entity Framework.
• Optimize database performance and scalability.

DevOps & CI/CD

• Work with Azure DevOps and CI/CD deployment pipelines.
• Participate in code reviews and release management processes.
• Support automated build and deployment practices.
• Ensure adherence to software engineering best practices.

Collaboration & Agile Delivery

• Collaborate with developers, architects, and UI teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint planning.
• Contribute innovative ideas to improve development processes and solution quality.
• Continuously learn and adopt emerging Azure and .NET technologies.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of software development experience.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with:

• C#

• ASP.NET MVC

• ASP.NET Core / .NET Core

• Web API

• Entity Framework

• Strong Azure experience with:

• Azure App Service

• Azure API Management (APIM)

• Azure Functions

• Azure SQL Database

• Azure Storage

• Azure Logic Apps

• Experience designing:

• Microservices Architecture

• Serverless Solutions

• Event-Driven Architectures

• Strong SQL Server and LINQ experience.

• Experience with Agile methodologies.
