Azure DevOps & Platform Engineer

We are looking for an experienced DevOps & Platform Engineer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in Azure DevOps, Cloud Engineering, and DevSecOps. In this role, you will lead enterprise-level GitHub migrations, build robust CI/CD pipelines, drive infrastructure automation, and ensure security, compliance, and governance across our cloud ecosystem.

You will work closely with cross-functional architecture, security, networking, and application development teams to build scalable, secure, and highly reliable platform infrastructure.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 5+ years of core experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, DevSecOps, and Platform Engineering.
• Source Control & CI/CD: Demonstrated expertise with GitHub Enterprise (including enterprise migrations, administration, and GitHub Actions) and Azure DevOps.
• Cloud Platform: Deep practical knowledge of Azure Cloud services, enterprise platform integration, governance, and tenant management.
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Hands-on experience with Terraform, Bicep, ARM templates, or Ansible.
• DevSecOps & Security: Strong experience embedding security controls, vulnerability management, access controls (RBAC), and policy governance into automated workflows.
• Scripting & Automation: Proficiency in PowerShell, Bash, Python, or Shell scripting.
• SRE & Operations: solid understanding of observability, central logging, performance monitoring, and Site Reliability Engineering principles.
• Soft Skills: Outstanding communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills to partner effectively across cross-functional enterprise teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Azure Certifications (e.g., AZ-400: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert or AZ-305: Azure Solutions Architect Expert).
• Experience with container orchestration platforms (AKS/Kubernetes) and container security scanning.
• Familiarity with enterprise compliance frameworks and automated policy enforcement (e.g., Azure Policy).
