Azure DevOps Engineer / Senior Azure DevOps Consultant

Experience: 7-12 Years

We are seeking an experienced Azure DevOps professional with 7-12 years of experience in designing, implementing, and managing cloud-native DevOps solutions on Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate will drive CI/CD automation, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), cloud governance, security integration, and platform reliability across enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end DevOps solutions on Microsoft Azure.
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, and related tools.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform, ARM/Bicep templates.
• Implement containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes (AKS).
• Integrate security controls, vulnerability scanning, and compliance checks into DevSecOps pipelines.
• Monitor cloud infrastructure and applications using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights.
• Support release management, environment management, and deployment automation.
• Collaborate with development, security, and infrastructure teams to improve delivery efficiency and reliability.
• Establish DevOps best practices, governance standards, and platform optimization strategies.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure services.
• Expertise in Azure DevOps , Repos, Pipelines, Artifacts, and Boards.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform , ARM Templates, or Bicep.
• Experience with Docker , Kubernetes (AKS) , and container platforms.
• Scripting knowledge in PowerShell , Python , or Bash .
• Experience with Git, branching strategies, and source control management.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, DevSecOps, and Site Reliability practices.
• Experience with monitoring, logging, and cloud operations.

Preferred Skills/Certifications

• Azure certifications (AZ-104, AZ-400, AZ-305).
• Experience with GitHub Actions and GitOps practices.
• Knowledge of security tools such as Microsoft Defender for Cloud, SonarQube, Checkmarx, or Snyk.
• Experience in multi-cloud environments (AWS/GCP) is an added advantage.
