Azure Devops Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Azure DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployment processes using Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Azure DevOps, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), automation, containerization, and cloud infrastructure management.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Automate application build, testing, deployment, and release processes.
• Manage Azure cloud infrastructure, including virtual machines, networking, storage, and security.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, ARM templates, or Bicep.
• Work with Docker and Kubernetes, including Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
• Configure and manage source control repositories using Git and Azure Repos.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting using Azure Monitor and Application Insights.
• Manage cloud security, access controls, secrets, and permissions using Azure RBAC and Key Vault.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and operational tasks using PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
• Troubleshoot deployment failures, infrastructure issues, and production incidents.
• Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, security teams, and infrastructure teams.
• Follow DevOps best practices to improve system reliability, scalability, and deployment efficiency.

Required Technical Skills

• Microsoft Azure cloud platform.
• Azure DevOps Services and Azure Pipelines.
• CI/CD pipeline development and automation.
• Git and source control management.
• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM templates, or Bicep).
• PowerShell, Bash, or Python scripting.
• Azure infrastructure, networking, and security.
• Build and release management.
• Monitoring and troubleshooting.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Docker and Kubernetes.
• Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
• Azure Container Registry (ACR).
• Azure Monitor and Application Insights.
• Azure Key Vault and Azure RBAC.
• Ansible or other configuration management tools.
• YAML pipeline configuration.
• Linux and Windows administration.
• Experience with microservices and cloud-native applications.

Experience Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, or infrastructure automation.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Azure DevOps.
• Proven experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience automating infrastructure provisioning and deployments.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Microsoft Azure or DevOps certifications are an advantage.
