Azure -DevSecOps Lead

Experience & Qualifications

•     7 + years of IT experience with at least 6 years focused on cloud infrastructure, DevOps
•      Proven expertise in Azure at enterprise scale.
•      Hands-on experience with Terraform and/or Pulumi for production-grade infrastructure automation.
•      Strong background in CI/CD pipeline design and implementation using GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or Jenkins.
•      Demonstrated experience in DevSecOps practices including security tooling integration and access governance.
•      Experience leading cloud migration projects from on-premises to cloud, ensuring compliance and cost control.
•      Proven ability to identify and deliver cloud cost optimisation initiatives with measurable financial impact.
•      Client-facing experience in pre-sales, solution design, or technical proposal development.

Preferred / Nice to Have:
•      Hands-on experience with Confluent Cloud governance, Kafka streaming infrastructure, and Pulumi-based provisioning.
•      Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) or equivalent Azure certification.
•      GitHub Actions certification or equivalent CI/CD platform certification.
•      Experience building GenAI-powered DevOps tooling or AI-assisted infrastructure automation.
•      Exposure to Kubernetes and Helm-based container orchestration in production environments.
•      Prior experience in regulated domains Banking, Insurance, Investment Management, or FinTech.

Educational Qualifications:
•      Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent required.
•      Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) certification — strongly preferred.
•      GitHub Actions certification — preferred.
•      Additional certifications in HashiCorp Terraform Associate, Kubernetes (CKA/CKAD), or cloud security (AZ-500) are a strong plus.
