Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline, orequivalent professional experience.
• 7+ years of experience in data engineering, ETL, data integration, analytics engineering, or data-platformdevelopment.
• Strong hands-on experience implementing production solutions with Microsoft Fabric or closely relatedAzure data services.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and strong working knowledge of PySpark and Spark-based data processing.
• Experience with Fabric Lakehouse, Warehouse, OneLake, Data Factory pipelines, notebooks, Delta Lake,and medallion architecture.
• Experience implementing initial and incremental loads using CDC, CDF, watermarks, MERGE, orcomparable change-processing patterns.
• Experience integrating relational databases, cloud storage, REST APIs, and structured, semi-structured, orunstructured files.
• Strong understanding of dimensional modeling, data warehousing, data quality, reconciliation, andproduction support practices.
• Experience with Git-based development, CI/CD, environment promotion, and release management.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
