What they need
- Build enterprise-scale data pipelines using PySpark, Python, SQL, and Databricks.
- Strong expertise in Azure Data Factory, ADLS Gen2, Synapse, and Event Hubs.
- Experience with Data Warehousing, Data Lakehouse, relational databases, and MDM.
- Hands-on Git, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, automated testing, and data governance.
- Lead end-to-end POD deliverables with strong client and stakeholder management.
- Experience in Life Sciences / Pharma environments preferred.
- Exposure to GenAI frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, or LlamaIndex for data augmentation/RCA.
- Azure DP-203 / Databricks certification preferred.
