该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1、深度参与个险渠道日常经营、会议及各类活动，协助分管领导推进个险业务开展 2、赴中支机构开展实地调研，参与机构早会、经营分析会，与机构内外勤进行深入沟通 3、剖析机构经营现存问题，结合实际提出可落地的优化改进建议 4、严格按照年度组织及个人绩效考核指标完成工作、接受考核 任职资格： 1、教育背景：本科及以上学历 2、工作经验：8年及以上寿险行业经验，5年及以上个险渠道管理经验 3、能力素质：具备高度的责任感和目标感，所辖机构过往工作业绩突品质良好 4、其他要求：符合监管要求的三级机构负责人任职条件，当地市场口碑良好，任职期间无违规违纪行为
