Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain deep cooperative relationships with major clients, understand their business needs and goals, and provide customized solutions for fresh food ingredient distribution
• Collaborate with the sales team to formulate sales strategies and plans, ensure sales targets are achieved, and increase market share
• Track market dynamics continuously, monitor competitor activities, and develop countermeasures
• Conduct market research and marketing activities to identify and develop new potential clients and expand business scale with existing major clients
• Promote brand awareness and image enhancement to increase sales opportunities
• Listen to and understand major client needs, analyze their business models and challenges, and provide practical solutions for fresh food ingredient distribution
• Manage orders and coordinate with internal supply chain teams to ensure accurate order processing and timely delivery
• Coordinate communication and collaboration between internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
