About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and reliable B Double Driver to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a local role with depot-to-depot and customer deliveries and pick-ups, meaning you get to come home every day. You will be operating late model, well-maintained equipment and supported by a team that genuinely values what you do.

Typical shifts are Monday to Friday with some weekend availability required. Start times are flexible and we work with our drivers to ensure a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Completing pre-start and safety checks on all equipment
• Conducting depot-to-depot and customer deliveries and pick-ups across local Sydney routes
• Ensuring freight is correctly restrained and transported safely at all times
• Maintaining accurate paperwork and Proof of Deliveries (PODs)
• Complying with NHVR regulations, fatigue management requirements and company procedures
• Representing Franco's Haulage professionally with customers and at depots

About You

To be considered for this role you will need:

• Current and unrestricted MC Driver Licence
• Minimum 3 years' proven experience operating B-Doubles
• Strong understanding of load restraint and fatigue management
• Excellent safety record and good driving history
• Willingness to undergo pre-employment and random drug and alcohol testing
• Ability to pass a National Police Check
• Strong communication skills and a professional attitude

Experience with depot-to-depot freight operations will be highly regarded.
