B- HR Assistant

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day HR operations and employee affairs.
• Manage recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
• Coordinate attendance, leave management, and payroll support.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
• Assist in drafting HR policies, procedures, and processes.
• Coordinate training and development programs.
• Support employee engagement, welfare, and related HR initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant employment laws.

Requirements

• Knowledge of Malaysian labour laws, new HR compliance requirements, and HR practices.
• Experience in handling full spectrum HR operations is preferred.
• Good understanding of HR policies and processes.
• Knowledge of RBA (Responsible Business Alliance) compliance is an added advantage.
