B Level Auto Technicians NEEDED

Job description:

We are looking for technicians to help service our established customer base that continues to grow. Our pay is very competitive, and technicians have great control over estimated labor times. Looking for experienced technicians with an established history of billing 50+hrs a week with close to zero comebacks. We have the work, a good shop, and a great team. Job Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance services (oil changes, brakes, fluids, filters, etc.)
• Assist with and perform vehicle inspections and safety checks
• Diagnose basic mechanical and electrical issues with guidance as needed
• Perform suspension, steering, and brake repairs
• Support A-level technicians with diagnostics and repair procedures
• Use basic scan tools and diagnostic equipment
• Complete repair orders accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and shop standards
• Communicate findings clearly with service advisors and team members

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–5 years of automotive repair experience (B/C level encouraged to apply)
• Basic understanding of vehicle systems (engine, brakes, suspension, electrical)
• Willingness to learn and improve diagnostic skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced shop environment
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Team player with a strong work ethic
• Positive attitude and willingness to be coached

Preferred (Not Required)

• ASE certifications or working toward certification
• Prior dealership or independent shop experience
• Experience with scan tools or basic diagnostics
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving mindset
