B Level Automotive Technician

Greenbelt Service Center / Sunoco is seeking an experienced B-Level Automotive Technician to join our established, locally owned service center. We are looking for a dependable technician who takes pride in quality workmanship, can diagnose automotive problems, and works well independently.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair brakes, steering, suspension, and wheel-alignment systems
• Perform multi-point vehicle safety inspections
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems
• Service HVAC and other automotive systems based on experience
• Work on a variety of vehicle makes and models
• Use diagnostic equipment to identify vehicle problems
• Accurately document diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance recommendations

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional automotive repair experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude and diagnostic skills
• Electrical troubleshooting experience
• Ability to work independently and accurately
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Own tools required for standard B-level automotive repairs
• ASE certification preferred, but not required
