B - Logistics / Sales Support Executive

Our client is an established trading company in Malaysia, with operations involving customer service, logistics, shipping and distribution. They are currently expanding their team and looking for a Logistics Support Executive to support their daily operations.

Location: UOA Business Park

Job Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
• Handle enquiries related to products, pricing and availability
• Coordinate with internal teams to fulfil customer requirements
• Perform data entry and update information in various platforms
• Follow up on customer requests and complaints
• Handle shipping documentation and compliance
• Track shipments and provide proactive updates to customers
• Identify and follow up on shipping issues such as delays, damages or lost goods

Requirements:

• Experience in logistics / shipping documentation is an advantage
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Able to handle customer enquiries and follow-ups
