Food Service Responsibilities

PrepareServe with Care - Deliver quality with every meal-combining speed, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Maintain High Standards - Be knowledgeable, consistent, and committed to excellence in every item served.

What we are looking for

1–2 years of customer service or retail experience
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A positive, proactive attitude
Ability to stay calm and focused in a fast-paced environment
Must be 18+
Weekendholiday availability

What You Get

Competitive Pay

Customer Care Associates $15/hour and up (Once training is complete)
$12/hour during initial training (4-6 weeks)
+$1.50 overnight shift differential
Assistant Managers (range 50k – 65k per year) *
Store Managers (range 70k – 85k per year) *
Generous Benefits Package: Full-time employees receive paid time off (40 hours in their first year), increasing with tenure
