Job summary

Blaecwood is hiring a part-time remote appointment setter to book qualified meetings with decision makers at Canadian companies that buy cybersecurity and compliance services. High-volume dialling, 20 hours a week on Eastern Time. Monthly base plus a bonus for every held, qualified meeting. No compliance knowledge needed, we train that.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

• You will call Canadian businesses from lists we provide, using a power dialler, and book qualified meetings into the founder's calendar.
• You are not closing deals.
• Your job is to open the conversation, qualify the prospect, and set the appointment.

Requirements:

• Excellent spoken English, clear and confident on the phone.
• At least 1 year of cold calling or appointment setting experience.
• Comfortable with high-volume dialling.
• Wired internet, a headset, and a quiet room.
• Availability during Eastern Time business hours.
• Resilience. You will hear no many times a day.
• No cybersecurity or compliance knowledge is required. We train that.

Remuneration:

• Guaranteed monthly base of CAD 100, paid whether or not you book.
• CAD 10 for every held, qualified meeting.
• USD 100 for every meeting you book that becomes a paying client, paid after the client pays.
