B2B Business Analyst (Contract)

Job Description:

• Extract and analyze data using SFDC and IDEA, and develop Excel-based management dashboards and performance indicators to support decision-making by managment.
• Develop sales forecast tools and proactively adapt to improve the sales operations of the B2B team
• Contribute to B2B revenue growth through effective communication and close collaboration with the Sales team
• Coordinate and lead regular meetings with Thailand and other IDC countries to manage and track B2B project pipelines
• Utilize market intelligence platforms such as BCI and IKON to analyze B2B market trends, generate insights, and share relevant information with sales teams

Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in Excel with the ability to manage and analyze B2B back-office operations and performance data
• Good command of English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a multinational environment
• Prior experience or understanding of B2B business operations and sales processes
• Proactive mindset with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively across BUs and employees in IDC countries
