B2B Business Development Manager

Country Road Fashions is a Bangkok-based bespoke tailoring house established in 1951. As we enter our next stage of growth, we are looking for an entrepreneurial Business Development & Growth Manager to work closely with management to develop new revenue channels and strategic partnerships.

This is not purely a sales role. We are looking for someone who understands how to scale an SME, identify commercial opportunities and turn them into sustainable revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute our B2B growth strategy
• Identify and approach potential corporate and institutional clients
• Build partnerships with hotels, hospitality groups, schools, law firms, automotive companies, restaurants, wedding businesses and other relevant industries
• Develop new revenue streams beyond traditional retail
• Prospect, arrange meetings, prepare proposals, negotiate and close contracts
• Develop referral and strategic partnership programs
• Identify opportunities for international and regional expansion
• Build a structured B2B pipeline and report on measurable KPIs
• Work directly with management on broader business growth initiatives

Who We're Looking For

Ideally, you have:

• Proven experience in business development, B2B sales, partnerships or SME growth
• Experience helping a small or medium-sized business scale
• A strong commercial mindset and ability to identify opportunities independently
• Experience developing business from the ground up rather than simply managing existing accounts
• Strong networking, negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Confidence dealing with business owners, senior management and corporate decision-makers
• Strong English communication skills; Thai is highly advantageous
• An entrepreneurial, hands-on mentality

Experience within hospitality, luxury, fashion, professional services, corporate sales, uniforms/workwear, weddings or B2B services would be particularly relevant.

Location: Bangkok
Employment: Full-time / structure negotiable depending on candidate
Compensation: Competitive base salary + performance incentives, depending on experience
