What they need
Fluent in Telugu and English (Spoken); Hindi is an added advantage.
Minimum 1-3 years' experience in the travel, airline, or customer service industry.
Hands-on experience with any of the of the one or Max 2 GDS (Sabre, Amadeus or Galileo) knowledge is an advantage.
Sound knowledge of flight bookings, ticketing, reissues, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds.
Strong understanding of fare rules and airline policies.
