B2B Client Relationship Executive

• 15 years of experience in Client Relationship, Customer Relationship, CRM, Sales Coordination, Inside Sales or Sales Support.
• B2B/customer-handling experience preferred.
• Manufacturing, engineering, industrial or machinery experience will be an advantage.
• Good communication and professional email-writing skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Customer-focused, proactive and organized.
• Comfortable working Full-Time from Sector 5, Noida.
