B2B CLIENT SUPPORT SPECIALIST

About the role

This is a hands-on B2B customer support role, with responsibility for maintaining strong and trusted relationships with existing customers. You will become a trusted point of contact for our B2B customers, understanding their business, anticipating their needs and ensuring they receive a consistently high level of service.

Key responsibilities

• Fostering strong, long-term customer relationships
• Understanding customer needs to ensure the right solutions
• Preparing and following up quotes
• Identifying opportunities to better service clients
• Managing customer enquiries from initial contact through to completion
• Coordinating customer specific, uniform, workwear, PPE
• Sourcing products and solutions to meet customer specific needs
• Following up orders and ensuring customers are kept informed
• Maintaining accurate customer and sales information
• Working closely with internal teams to deliver on customer expectations

About you

• Proven experience in B2B sales
• A strong track record in a customer relationship role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence dealing with business owners, managers and purchasing decision-makers
• Excellent follow-up and organisational skills
• The ability to manage multiple customers and priorities
• Strong attention to detail
• Confidence using CRM systems
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach
• The ability to work independently while being part of a small team
