• Detail-focused, dependable, and able to run with tasks on your own
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in M&A, business brokerage, private equity, or deal sourcing outreach
• Experience calling owners of small and mid-sized businesses
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive
• Experience booking meetings through tools such as Calendly or Google Calendar
• Background following up on direct mail or email outreach campaigns
• Exposure to regulated or specialized service industries
