Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced B2B Collections Manager to lead the Accounts Receivable and Order-to-Cash (O2C) Collections function. This role is responsible for driving collection performance, improving cash flow, reducing delinquency, and leading a high-performing collections team while partnering with cross-functional and global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Collections Management

• Lead end-to-end B2B collections for domestic and international customers.
• Develop collection strategies to improve cash flow and reduce overdue receivables.
• Monitor AR aging reports and prioritize collection activities.
• Handle escalated collection cases and negotiate payment arrangements.
• Ensure compliance with company credit and collection policies.

Leadership

• Manage, coach, and develop a team of Collections Specialists and Team Leaders.
• Set performance goals and monitor productivity.
• Conduct coaching sessions and performance evaluations.
• Promote accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Stakeholder Management

• Partner with Sales, Billing, Finance, Customer Success, and Operations to resolve payment issues.
• Build strong relationships with key corporate customers.
• Collaborate with global finance teams to standardize collection processes.

Accounts Receivable Management

• Review Accounts Receivable aging and identify collection risks.
• Ensure timely follow-up of overdue invoices.
• Recommend actions for high-risk or delinquent accounts.
• Monitor unapplied cash, disputes, and customer deductions.

Reporting & Process Improvement

• Prepare weekly and monthly collection performance reports.
• Analyze DSO, CEI, aging, and cash collection metrics.
• Forecast cash collections and identify revenue risks.
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives within the Order-to-Cash process.
• Support audit requirements and ensure compliance with financial controls.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

Experience

• 7–10 years of Accounts Receivable and B2B Collections experience.
• Minimum of 3 years managing collections teams.
• Experience supporting multinational or global clients.
• Background in Shared Services, BPO, or Global Business Services is highly preferred.
• Experience using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or NetSuite is an advantage.
