Remote B2B Community Manager to grow and engage The Tonic Technologies' business users and partners across WhatsApp, Telegram and LinkedIn. Nigeria-based, with 3+ years of B2B community, marketing or partnerships experience. Fintech experience is a plus.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

• Build, manage and grow Cardtonic's B2B communities across WhatsApp, Telegram, LinkedIn and other channels
• Keep business users and partners engaged well beyond onboarding, through regular updates, check-ins and useful content
• Serve as the first point of contact for partner questions, and work with internal teams to resolve them quickly
• Plan and run community activities that strengthen partner relationships and retention
• Collect feedback from business users and share insights with the product, marketing and partnerships teams
• Track community health and engagement, and report on what's working

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in B2B community management, B2B marketing, or partnerships. Fintech experience is a strong plus
• Hands-on experience managing communities on WhatsApp, Telegram, LinkedIn, or similar platforms
• Proven experience engaging business users or partners beyond onboarding
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organisation and multitasking skills
• Strong interpersonal skills, with empathy and professionalism
• Must be a Nigerian.
