What they need
We are looking for a B2B Customer Support & Client Relationship Executive to handle business enquiries, communicate with potential clients, and coordinate meetings with the WCMS team.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming B2B/business enquiries and leads.
- Call leads and understand their basic business requirements.
- Communicate with clients through phone, WhatsApp, and email.
- Follow up with potential clients regularly.
- Experience: 0–1 year / Freshers can apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking with business owners and professionals.
- Basic knowledge of Excel, WhatsApp, and email communication.
- Tamil and English communication skills preferred.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
Salary
₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
