B2B Customer Support

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with distributors.
• Manage communication with distributors through phone calls and digital channels, ensuring timely and professional responses.
• Identify and resolve distributors’ concerns by providing effective and solution-oriented support.
• Serve as the company's official representative, upholding brand values and maintaining a high standard of professionalism in all interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 0–1 year of experience in Customer Service, Account Management, or a related role.
• Basic understanding of reseller/distributors operations, B2B partnerships, or partner relationship management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with business partners.
• Strong networking skills with the ability to develop and nurture strategic business relationships
