B2B Distribution Business Development Manager

1. Identify, prospect, and onboard new B2B distributors, regional agents, and Key Accounts (KAs) across domestic and international markets

2. Develop and execute comprehensive B2B distribution strategies, including pricing models, channel incentive programs, and take ownership of sales targets and revenue collection

3. Manage day-to-day operations of distribution partners and monitor performance health; strictly enforce channel pricing policies to prevent channel conflicts

4. Build strong, long-term strategic relationships with key stakeholders and C-level executives at partner organizations; collaborate with internal teams (supply chain, customer service) to provide product training and sales enablement

任职资格

1. Proven track record of building distribution channels from scratch and understanding agency mechanisms; exceptional commercial acumen, top-tier negotiation skills, and account management capabilities

2. Excellent cross-cultural communication skills with professional working proficiency in both English and Mandarin Chinese (fluent in business negotiations and professional writing)

3. Highly results-oriented, self-driven, and capable of solving complex problems independently; willing and able to travel frequently for domestic and international business needs.
