Are you a results-driven marketer who knows how to turn technical solutions into revenue and onboard high-value clients?

CloudSnow is expanding, and we are looking for a 𝗕𝟮𝗕 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 to spearhead our outbound & inbound pipeline.

At CloudSnow, we help modern businesses modernize their infrastructure with Zero-Trust multi-cloud migrations, Canadian data-sovereign managed IT, and custom enterprise software engineering.

We don't need buzzwords, we need someone who understands the B2B tech landscape and knows how to connect decision-makers (CTOs, IT Directors, Founders) with solutions that solve their critical IT bottlenecks.

💼 What You’ll Do:

• Build & execute end-to-end client acquisition campaigns (LinkedIn outreach, email sequences, content-led growth, and strategic partnerships).

• Identify, qualify, and warm up B2B leads across Canada and international markets.

• Guide prospective clients through the initial discovery and onboarding phase with high-touch, consultative communication.

• Collaborate with our technical leadership to translate complex cloud/IT capabilities into high-converting case studies, landing page hooks, and sales collateral.

• Analyze CAC, conversion rates, and pipeline health to continuously optimize our acquisition engine.

🎯 Who You Are:

• Proven track record in B2B marketing, sales development, or client onboarding—preferably for an MSP, IT agency, SaaS, or software consultancy.

• Master of LinkedIn B2B growth, CRM pipelines (HubSpot / Apollo / Lemlist), and targeted cold outreach that actually converts without being spammy.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; comfortable speaking with C-level executives and tech leaders.

• Self-starter who thrives in an autonomous, fully remote environment.
