KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and manage the B2B sales team.
  • Develop strategies for dealer and distributor acquisition.
  • Generate and convert B2B leads.
  • Build strong dealer and distributor relationships.
  • Set sales targets and monitor team performance.
  • Develop territory-wise sales plans.
  • Negotiate and finalize dealer partnerships.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts.
