About the Role: DigiFills Pvt Ltd is a fast-growing digital marketing agency based in Chennai with a portfolio of 700+ successful client projects. We are looking for a B2B Inside Sales Expert who thrives on communication, strategy, and results. You will not just be making calls; you will be the face of our agency, responsible for reviving past client relationships, converting new inbound inquiries, and managing the sales pipeline from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inbound Lead Management: Promptly contact and qualify new leads generated from our website, ads, and social channels.
• Reactivation & Retention: Systematically reach out to unrenewed clients, understand their business needs, and present refreshed marketing plans to bring them back on board.
• Upsell & Cross-Sell: Identify opportunities within our existing 700+ client base to introduce new services (Local SEO, Google Ads, Content Strategy) that add value to their business.
• Strategic Prospecting: Conduct targeted outbound calls to local businesses by identifying gaps in their current online presence (Google Business Profile, SEO, etc.).
• End-to-End Sales: Own the full sales cyclefrom initial outreach and appointment scheduling to proposal follow-ups, contract closing, and initial payment collection.
• CRM Discipline: Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead stages in our CRM (Zoho Bigin) to ensure zero leads fall through the cracks.

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience: 05 years in B2B Inside Sales, Client Servicing, or Account Management (Digital Marketing agency experience is a major plus).
• Communication: Exceptional command of English and Tamil. You must be able to speak confidently with business owners and decision-makers.
• Results-Oriented: You aren't just looking for a "desk job"you are driven by meeting targets, closing deals, and earning performance incentives.
• Process-Driven: A highly organized person who treats CRM updates as a non-negotiable part of the job.
• Education: MBA (Marketing) or B.Com/BBA graduates with a strong flair for business communication.
