- Proficient with tools: OTDR, fusion splicers, power meters, crimpers, and cable analyzers.
- Strong understanding of FTTx, Ethernet cabling standards, and basic IP networking (subnetting, VLANs, ping/traceroute).
- Comfort working at heights (ladders/bucket trucks), in tight spaces (risers/server rooms), and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Valid drivers license and willingness to travel locally across target business zones.
- Good Communication Skills
