Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound and follow-up calls with prospective students and parents.
• Understand learner needs and recommend suitable programs.
• Handle objections and negotiate pricing to close enrollments.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly targets.
• Build trust and rapport with clients through effective communication.
• Stay updated on company products and services.
