Salary: S$3,500 - S$4,000

Our client is a manufacturer and distributor of components for Factory Automation, Press Die and Plastic Mold, Electrical & Wiring Parts, Tools, and Maintenance, Repair, and Operations items.

They are currently seeking a B2B Marketing Executive supporting the planning, execution and optimisation of regional marketing initiatives that strengthen brand, generate quality leads and enhance customer engagement.

The role combines campaign execution, content creation, digital marketing, marketing analytics and cross-functional project coordination.

【 Responsibilities 】

1. Campaign Management & Digital Marketing

• Plan, coordinate and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns including eDMs, CRM campaigns and digital initiatives.
• Support campaign scheduling and timely launches across marketing channels.
• Conduct A/B testing and recommend improvements to campaign performance.
• Support digital content creation and social media initiatives.

2. Content Development & Brand Communications

• Develop marketing content and creative briefs for eDMs, landing pages, website banners and other marketing collateral.
• Ensure marketing content is aligned with company brand guidelines and business objectives.
• Work with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver quality marketing materials.

3. Marketing Analytics & Customer Insights

• Set up campaign tracking using GA4, UTM parameters and other analytics tools.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports using Excel, Power BI or Looker Studio.
• Maintain accurate customer databases and marketing data.
• Conduct customer surveys, interviews or visits to gather market insights and identify opportunities.

4. Marketing Operations & Project Management

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure successful implementation of marketing projects.
• Manage external vendors and agencies where required.
• Provide support for customer enquiries relating to marketing activities.
• Support ad-hoc marketing projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

【 Requirements & Preferences 】
(Must)

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of marketing experience including the Internship
• Exposure to digital marketing, CRM or email marketing platforms.
• Strong Excel skills and an analytical mindset.
• Excellent communication and project coordination skills.

(Advantageous)

• Experience in B2B marketing, industrial or manufacturing industries.
• Working knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Power BI or Looker Studio.
• Experience using Canva or other content creation tools.
• Interest in leveraging Generative AI to improve marketing productivity.
