About the Role

One Soft Labs is looking for a B2B Marketing Specialist to help bring our AI-powered imaging solutions to research, healthcare, cosmetics, and life-science organizations.

In this role, you will develop and execute B2B marketing strategies targeting cosmetics R&D laboratories, Contract Research Organizations (CROs), university hospitals, pharmaceutical and life-science organizations, and research institutions.

You will work closely with our technical and business teams to understand our LC-OCT and OCT imaging analysis solutions, identify potential clients and market opportunities, and transform complex technical capabilities into clear and compelling value propositions.

A key part of your role will be creating customized proposals, presentations, and marketing materials that demonstrate how our technology can address each client's specific research and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies for AI-powered LC-OCT and OCT imaging analysis services.
• Identify, research, and engage prospective clients across cosmetics R&D, CROs, hospitals, universities, pharmaceutical companies, and related organizations.
• Create customized business proposals, presentations, marketing materials, and client communications.
• Translate complex scientific and technical capabilities into clear, persuasive, and client-focused benefits.
• Support lead generation and client acquisition, from initial outreach and meetings through presentations and follow-ups.
• Understand prospective clients' research requirements and collaborate with internal teams to recommend appropriate solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, existing customers, and industry partners.
• Research market trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities.
• Identify potential partnerships, new applications, and opportunities to expand our imaging solutions into new markets.

About You

We're looking for someone who combines strong B2B marketing skills with curiosity and the ability to confidently communicate sophisticated technology.

You should have:

• Proven experience in B2B marketing, business development, sales, or client engagement.
• Strong proposal-writing skills, particularly for technical, scientific, healthcare, or specialized services.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to quickly understand complex products and translate them into messages that resonate with different audiences.
• Strong presentation, relationship-building, negotiation, and client management skills.
• A proactive, organized, and results-oriented approach.
• The ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary technical, scientific, and business teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in any of the following would be an advantage:

• Cosmetics research laboratories, CROs, hospitals, universities, pharmaceutical companies, or life-science organizations.
• Scientific or medical imaging, biotechnology, healthcare technology, or research services.
• AI-powered products, services, or technologies.
• Marketing highly technical, scientific, or innovative B2B solutions.

AI expertise is not required. What matters is your ability and willingness to learn our technology, understand our clients, and communicate how our solutions can create value.
