B2B Operations Assistant

Role & Responsibilities:

• Assist the B2B team with day-to-day order and operations coordination.
• Visit factories and warehouses to check the status of orders, materials and pending work.
• Follow up with factory and warehouse teams and provide regular status updates.
• Check product readiness and coordinate with the team for dispatches and deliveries.
• Maintain order and follow-up records using Microsoft Excel.
• Take photographs and provide updates from factories/warehouses when required.
• Identify and report delays, shortages or other issues to the B2B Supervisor.
• Assist with documentation, order tracking and other B2B operations.
• Ensure assigned tasks and follow-ups are completed on time.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• 13 years of experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Good communication and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable traveling to factories and warehouses as required.
• Should be organized, responsible and able to work independently.
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, email and smartphone applications.
• Experience in furniture, factory operations, warehouse or B2B business will be an advantage.
• Should be comfortable working from our Kasheli, Bhiwandi location.
• Candidates with a two-wheeler and valid driving license will be preferred.
