B2B Operations – Backend / Coordination Executive This role will primarily focus on backend operational coordination, tracking and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams for dispatches.
• Share invoices, tracking details and dispatch updates with clients proactively.
• Track shipments daily until delivery and follow up/escalate in case of delays.
• Upload invoices on client portals wherever applicable.
• Maintain records of invoices, dispatch details, delivery TATs, GRNs, Credit Notes, return requests and escalations.
• Coordinate with Finance for payment follow-ups and invoice reconciliation wherever required.
• Coordinate sample dispatches and track deliveries.
• Support customer documentation and registration processes.
• Maintain accurate trackers and ensure timely closure of operational activities.
• Support delivery appointment scheduling and related documentation for key accounts.

Preferred Skills- Good Excel/Google Sheets knowledge, strong follow-up and coordination skills, attention to detail, and good written communication.
