B2B Operations Support

Job placement: Kota Jakarta Barat, Wisma Barito

Jobdesk:

-Act as the primary operational support for the B2B Hotel API business.
-Bridge communication between Market Management (MM), B2B commercial, CS, and other internal stakeholders.
-Assist the MM team in checking hotel mapping, availability, content, and distribution-related issues within b2b affiliate.
-Handle daily operational inquiries from internal teams regarding hotel API performance and partner-related issues.
-Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution and follow-up.
-Track ongoing issues, maintain proper documentation, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
-Perform ad-hoc operational tasks related to B2B Hotel API as required.

Kualifikasi:

-1–3 years of experience in operations, customer support, OTA, or API-related roles is preferred.
-Good understanding of hotel operations is an advantage.
-Strong coordination with the ability to work across multiple teams.
-Comfortable working with operational dashboards and spreadsheets
-Good written and spoken English.
