Role Purpose

To manage the end-to-end B2B order fulfilment process, from receiving and validating customer POs through production coordination, appointment scheduling, dispatch, and delivery confirmation. The role will act as a key coordination point between customers and internal Production, Dispatch, Logistics, and Sales teams.

1.B2B Order Management.

· Receive and track customer POs.

· Verify PO quantity, pricing, SKU, delivery location and committed date.

· Maintain the B2B pending order tracker until billing is completed.

· Coordinate with customers for PO corrections/clarifications.

· Appointment Management

· Take delivery appointments with customers/DCs.

· Ensure appointments are booked within the agreed timeline.

· Share appointment details with production, dispatch and logistics teams.

· Follow up on cancelled/rescheduled appointments.

2.Production Coordination

· Share confirmed PO requirements with the production team.

· Coordinate production planning based on customer delivery commitments.

· Follow up on production readiness and communicate delays immediately.

· Ensure production is planned only against confirmed POs.

3.Dispatch Coordination

· Coordinate with dispatch/logistics for timely delivery.

· Ensure already orders are dispatched as per appointment.

· Track pending dispatches and delivery status.

· Highlight any short supply or delivery issues.

· Customer Coordination

· Act as the single point of contact for order-related communication.

· Follow up on pending POs, appointments and delivery confirmations.

· Maintain regular communication with key B2B customers.

4.Reporting & MIS

· Daily billing and dispatch status.

· Pending PO report.

· Appointment status.

· Production pending/ready status.

· Customer-wise order and delivery tracking.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 2–4 years of experience in B2B order management, order processing, sales coordination, supply chain coordination, customer operations, or a similar role.
• Good understanding of PO processing, order fulfilment, dispatch, logistics, and delivery coordination.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Good communication skills, particularly for customer and cross-functional coordination.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and reporting/MIS.
• Ability to work with multiple internal teams and meet committed timelines.
• Experience in FMCG, Food & Beverage, Manufacturing, Retail, or similar industries will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
