For an international project within the automotive financial sector, we are currently looking for an experienced specialist for the position of Azure Hybrid Cloud Architect / Senior Azure Platform Engineer .

Project Description

The project focuses on the development and maintenance of a complex Azure Hybrid Cloud environment for an international organization operating in the automotive financial sector.

The scope combines architecture, platform development, infrastructure automation, cloud migrations and advanced technical support across Azure Public Cloud, Azure Stack Hub and Azure Local environments.

The specialist will contribute to defining platform roadmaps, evaluating business and technical requirements, designing Hybrid Cloud architecture and implementing new Azure services. The project also includes close cooperation with international platform, operational and business teams.

Scope of services

• Provide architectural expertise across Azure Public Cloud, Azure Stack Hub and Azure Local.
• Design and develop Hybrid Cloud architectures.
• Define and develop platform roadmaps.
• Assess business and technical requirements in terms of security, compliance and technical feasibility.
• Design, develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code solutions using PowerShell and ARM Templates.
• Automate the deployment and configuration of IaaS and PaaS services.
• Manage code repositories and pipelines within Azure DevOps.
• Design and implement new Azure services and platform capabilities.
• Support the implementation of Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) on Azure Local.
• Prepare and maintain architecture, operational and security documentation.
• Plan and execute application and database migrations to Azure environments.
• Analyze and resolve complex technical incidents as part of 3rd-line support.
• Transfer technical knowledge to operational teams and platform owners.

Required competencies

• Several years of hands-on experience in designing, architecting, implementing or maintaining Hybrid Cloud environments.
• Very good knowledge of Azure Public Cloud .
• Very good knowledge of Azure Stack Hub .
• Very good knowledge of Azure Local .
• Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code and infrastructure automation.
• Experience with PowerShell and ARM Templates .
• Experience working with Azure DevOps , including repositories and pipelines.
• Strong architectural skills and the ability to independently troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• English at B2 level .
• EU citizenship.
