B2B Sales Executive – Aesthetics Devices

Key Responsibilities

• Business Development: Identify and acquire new B2B clients, including aesthetic clinics, medical centers, and premium beauty groups.
• Client Engagement: Conduct product demonstrations, trial runs, and sales presentations to key decision-makers.
• Product & Sales Support: Provide initial product walkthroughs and operational guidance to ensure client confidence and machine adoption.
• Account Management: Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to drive repeat orders, upgrades, and consumable sales.
• Market Insights: Track industry trends and competitor activities to adjust sales approaches.

Requirements

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience (candidates from Aesthetic Devices, Medical Consumables, or Beauty/Skincare sectors are highly preferred).
• Proven track record in target achievement, strong negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Cantonese and English; Putonghua is an advantage.
