International B2B Sales Executive–UK Outbound Voice Process

Job Location: Vijay Nagar, Indore

Work Mode: Work from Office

Shift Timing: 1:00PM to 10.30PM

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Weekly Off: Saturday & Sunday (Fixed)

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to UK-based SME customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
• Generate quotations and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Handle objections and negotiate effectively to close sales opportunities.
• Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and professional communication.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Graduate.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong cold-calling, lead-generation ,and sales skills.
• Target-driven with good negotiation and problem solving abilities.
• Ability to confidently interact with international customers.
