B2B Sales Executive

Hiring: Business Development Executive – IT Services

Location: Mohali

Experience: 1–5 Years

CTC: Up to 5–6 LPA

Work Mode: Work from Office

Full-Time

We are looking for a result-oriented BDE who has hands-on experience in B2B sales and client acquisition, preferably in the IT/software industry.

What you'll do:

• Generate new business opportunities through outbound calling and prospecting
• Identify and connect with potential B2B clients
• Understand client requirements and pitch IT/software solutions
• Manage follow-ups and sales pipeline
• Schedule meetings with decision-makers
• Work towards monthly sales targets
• Handle the sales cycle from lead generation to closure

What we're looking for:

✔ 1–5 years of experience in B2B / IT sales

✔ Strong cold-calling and lead-generation experience

✔ Good communication and negotiation skills

✔ Experience selling IT services/software will be preferred

✔ Target-oriented and self-motivated

✔ Comfortable working from our Mohali office

✔ Immediate / short-notice joiners preferred
