B2B Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular field visits to meet existing dealers and hardware/electrical retail stores to ensure continuous product placement and order generation.
• Identify, approach, and onboard new dealers and distributors to aggressively expand the company’s retail network in the assigned area.
• Clearly pitch FMEG products and kitchen appliances to retailers, explain new promotional schemes, and secure bulk orders.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with channel partners, resolving their queries and ensuring high brand loyalty.
• Achieve monthly sales targets, manage timely payment collections from the market, and submit daily field visit reports to management.

Candidate Requirements & Skills

• Qualification: Any Graduate
• Experience: 2 to 3 Years in B2B field sales, channel sales, or dealer management (FMEG or electrical background preferred)
• Mandatory Skills: Dealer & Distributor Management, Channel Sales, Daily Field Visits, Order Generation, Relationship Building

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
